PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 pkg. pepperoni, sliced
1 egg, beaten
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Thaw frozen bread. Roll or pat dough into a rectangle. Spread 3/4 of beaten egg on dough. Put pepperoni and cheese on top. Roll up jelly roll style, put on cookie sheet and make a circle. Spread rest of egg, on top. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
