PERFECTLY EASY PEPPERONI BREAD 
3/4 - 1 c. finely chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 loaf French bread dough
Melted butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Beat egg with fork. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepperoni; mix well. Roll out bread dough, 1/2 loaf at a time, to about 5 x 7 inches. Brush with melted butter, then spread pepperoni mixture evenly over dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over all. Roll up like jelly roll. Place on greased cookie sheet, seam side down. Tuck ends in. Let raise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter. Makes 2 loaves.
