BLUEBERRY CRISP 
4 cups blueberries
1 cup unsifted flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Place fruit in ungreased 8 x 8" baking pan*. Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon; blend in mayonnaise until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle/spread over fruit.

Bake 35-40 minutes at 350° or until browned. *If using a glass-baking pan, reduce oven temperature to 325°.

Keep blueberries at their freshest by storing them unwashed in the refrigerator. Wash the berries just before you use them.

When I read the ingredients to this recipe, my first thought was... mayonnaise??? what? Well, reluctantly I tried it and it was AWESOME!! Did my own little tweaking here and there, not much, and it was really quite tasty. And so easy!! This is a keeper. Thanks Trisha!! ;o)
