PEPPERONI BREAD 
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni, cut up
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 loaf frozen bread dough

Thaw bread dough until soft. Cut pepperoni into small pieces to equal 3/4 cup. Beat egg, add cheese and parsley. Stir in pepperoni. Mix well. Roll out dough to approximately 7x12 inches. Spread pepperoni mixture evenly over dough. Roll up like jelly roll, starting at 12 inch end. Place on greased cookie sheet. Tuck in ends and place seam down. Let rise for 45-60 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Brush with butter for soft crust.
