YUMMY MUSHROOMS W/ GARLIC | |
2 cups favorite mushrooms, sliced 1 small clove garlic 1 teaspoon olive oil salt and pepper Chop the garlic into small pieces, and put into a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Stir until the garlic and olive oil are well mixed. When the oil is warm, insert the mushrooms and leave uncovered for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cook until the mushrooms have released some water and shrunk; you will be able to tell when this happens. To serve, pour into a deep plate, and serve hot. DO NOT DRAIN. the juices from the mushrooms, garlic, and olive oil go very well with grilled chicken. Submitted by: CM |
