TONY'S HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN ON
CREAMY MUSHROOM ROTINI
 
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
chili peppers, to taste
olive oil, for frying
4 tbsp. honey garlic sauce
soy sauce
3 cups rotini pasta
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup

Cut chicken breast into cubes. Heat oil in pan with chili peppers. Brown chicken cubes and add honey garlic sauce and a couple dashes of soy sauce. Bring to a slow boil and remove from heat.

Proceed to boil the rotini according to package directions and when done, drain the water and reduce heat. Add mushroom soup and stir. Add milk if a more liquid consistency is desired.

Serve chicken atop pasta.

Serves 2.

Note: Any pasta will do but fusili and rotini were found to hold the soup and flavor the best! Cream of chicken or Cream of Wild Mushroom may be substituted for the cream of mushroom.
