TEX-MEX BAKE | |
![]() 1 cup MINUTE® White or Brown Rice, uncooked 1 lb. browned ground beef 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 lb. prepared cheese product, cut into cubes, divided 1 bag (12 oz.) crushed tortilla chips sliced green onions and sour cream (optional) Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet over medium heat; drain off excess fat. Mix in cooked rice, beans and tomatoes with green chilies. Cover baking dish bottom with chips. Layer half of the cheese over the chips. Top with rice mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
