These cookies are simple to make and very tasty! I'm not sure if it was my oven or the cookies, but I had to bake each batch for 20 minutes.

Great Quick peanutbutter cookie. They are very tasty, but I too had to cook them for 20 minutes. Well worth the 20 minute wait.

This recipe is AWESOME!!! I added a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and about 1/4 cup of chopped mixed nuts and it was delicious. It took about 14 to 15 minutes per batch. This may be my new favorite cookie recipe!

Did you use the oil as listed or sub in butter?

Very good! I added 1 cup of semi sweet choco chips. I also used Simply Jif PB...good results. Not super sweet. Will make again! 18 mins first time and that was too long, IMO.

The cookies LOOKED great when they came out of the oven but they crumbled to pieces when you attempted to put them in your mouth. They taste great but were a HUGE disappointment. I followed the recipe to a "T". If anyone has any comments or suggestions, please feel free to pass on.
