I found that baking them 20-25 minutes helps. This could also be due to the type of hot cocoa I used (Carnation instant cocoa). Delicious cookies@ Taste great with hot apple cider!

Cooking them now. Batter tastes like peanut butter cup, doesnt take as much peanut butter.

Sounded good so I prepared it as a treat with my 2 1/2 yr old daughter. Presentation wasn't all that good (we ended up making a sheet cookie) but the taste was ok.

These cookies were disgusting. I thought I would try a quick and easy recipe to make oatmeal cookies for my husband -- never again. Sorry.

I just made these today and might I say yummmmmmm. They merged together during baking and were a bit chewy, but they tasted delicious and my two year old loved them. I have a hard time finding flourless cookies that my family will enjoy. Thanks for sharing!

I just baked these and out of neccesity (wanting to use up some 3/4 empty containers) I used 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar instead of white, 1 cup PB & 1/2 cup almond butter, 2 packs hot cocoa mixed (as suggested by prior posts, baked 15 minutess @ 350°F & they came out fabulous! I'm assuming because of the brown sugar they came out almost "caramelized" YUMM!

I decided to tweak the recipe! I added peanut butter & chocolate chips, substituted cocoa powder for the hot cocoa & used both brown & granulated sugar. They came out great!

I think they tasted great except for the fact that mine were a little bitter but I think thats because of my hot cocoa mix.

Does anyone have experience making these with old fashioned oats instead of the quick ones? I read previous reviews saying they got mushy and wondered if this might solve that problem.

Pretty good. I wanted to make cookies but didn't have much on hand... but I had the ingredients for these. I upped the hot cocoa to 3 packets and the oats to about 2 cups. I used old fashion oats. Made about 2 dozen cookies. Next time i may use more cocoa and less peanut butter as it was a over powered the chocolate a bit.
