DEBBIE'S COOL WHIP JELLO MOLD 
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (any flavor)
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained

Put cottage cheese in a bowl and sprinkle the dry Jello over it and blend. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Then add drained crushed pineapple and mix. Pour into desired Jello mold or pan and chill at least 3 hours before serving. (Best if chilled overnight.)

Love this recipe! My grandmother made it for me when I was a kid and since I was the oldest I usually got to help. Grandma passed away in 2005 but I still make it for all of my family get togethers as all of my aunts, uncles and cousins always expect it to be there. It is also nice to have a memory of Grandma... Thanks for sharing the recipe. :)

I LOVE this recipe! My mother and aunt made this for us while growing up and I still want to see it at family get-togethers. My favorite variations are lime jello with crushed pineapple and orange jello with mandarin orange slices (canned). mmmmmm.....
