PORK CHOP AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 can tomato soup or juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Seasoning to taste
8 oz. med. noodles

In boiling salted water, cook noodles half done. Drain and pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Pour in enough of the tomato soup or juice to cover noodles. Stir cream of mushroom soup in bowl until creamy and add to top of casserole. Brown pork chops and layer on top of mixture. Bake 1 hour in a 375 degree oven. Serves 4 to 6.

Very simple recipe and it came out tasting better than it sounds. I used pork sirloin cut into about one inch pieces instead of pork chops. The empty casserole dish was in the sink soaking shortly after the meal was served.

My family loved this dish - definitely a keeper! I substituted a can of chicken broth for the tomato soup/juice and used a packet of onion soup mix for seasoning.
