6 cups of rice? Are we feeding the entire state of Georgia?

Wonderful recipe. Has the best flavor especially if you just love something that is a little on the salty side! Which I do especially when I want this.

Can you taste the garlic? Every time I get shrimp friend rice, the ones I like anyway, none of them ever taste garlicy at all. They also always have carrots and peas in them..

Good fried rice. I lived in the far east many years growing up In the 60's and 70's and there were never any peas or carrots in the fried rice. The eggs were slightly beaten and poured directly into the rice and fried. I guess the extra vegetable are an American addition.
