PINEAPPLE, PRETZEL SALAD 
1 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (melted)

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

3RD LAYER:

1 can (#2) crushed pineapple (drained)
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Bake first layer 10 minutes, 325 degrees.

Mix 2nd layer and spread over 1st layer.

Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch to juice of pineapple and cook until clear and thick. Cool. Add crushed pineapple and mix well. Spread over 2nd layer. Spread Cool Whip over all. Very good.
