STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE DESSERT | |
1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice 1/2 (1 env) pkg. dessert topping 1/2 c. skim milk Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and pineapple in its own juice. Refrigerate until thickened. Prepare topping mix according to package directions and fold in thickened gelatin. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Serves 8 at 51 calories each. |
