JADE PINEAPPLE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 c. pecans, chopped

In a saucepan, boil pineapple (juice included). Add dry Jello and boil 3 minutes; set aside to cool. When cool, combine cottage cheese, pecans, and Cool Whip with Jello mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
