RHUBARB CRISP | |
4 c. rhubarb 1 sm. box Jello (strawberry) 1 cake mix (white) 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. water 1 stick butter Place rhubarb in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix dry Jello and sugar together. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Add water. Sprinkle cake mix over above ingredients. Place butter, sliced, then over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
