APPLE, RHUBARB OR PEACH CRISP 
CRUST:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend as for pie crust. Put half of this in 8x8 inch buttered pan and add filling.

FILLING:

3-4 c. cut-up fruit
1-2 tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

Put rest of crust on top and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
