DELUXE MACARONI SALAD 
2 cups macaroni, cooked
1/3 cup celery, minced or chopped
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shrimp, cooked, de-veined

If the shrimp are large, cut in half. Mix macaroni, celery, onion, green pepper and minced garlic together.

Combine mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt and pepper together. Add shrimp. Add to macaroni mixture and stir all together.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve on crisp chilled lettuce.

Serves 4.
