BUTTERSCOTCH/APPLE OR PEACH CRISP | |
1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed) 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 1/4 c. butter 1 can peach halves, or if using apples - enough to cover bottom of baking dish Start oven at 375 degrees. Grease medium baking dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter (to size of a pea). Place peach halves or apples in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake for 30 minutes (375 degrees). Serve warm with cream. |
