PEACH OR APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Use fresh or canned peaches. Place in baking dish and add water and lemon juice. Mix flour, sugar and butter and sprinkle over fruit.

Bake in 350° oven until brown and crisp. Serve with cream or ice cream.

Apples may be used instead of peaches. With apples 1 teaspoon cinnamon should be substituted for lemon juice.
