CHOCOLATE LAYERED DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts

Mix as for pie crust. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. 1 c. powdered sugar 9 oz. Cool Whip (reserve 3 oz.)

Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Mix in 6 ounce Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix until well blended: 2 1/2 c. cold milk

Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Spoon on remaining 3 ounces Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
