I have substituted RITZ crackers for the bread crumbs and I LOVE that. Very good recipe.

One of the best recipes I have used from this site! The sugar in the recipe gives it just enough sweetness with the zucchini... I substituted Cream of Celery soup with Cream of Mushroom.

Very good casserole. I was able to get the kids to eat it... They thought it was potatoes LOL! I used a sugar substitute, a light mayo, and light cheese to cut caloric intake per serving

I hand made the bread crumbs using toast. This was the best sounding recipe that I found and it cooked out nicely. Very delicious.

I was given fresh zuchinni from a neighbor's garden. I love them, but wanted to make a casserole. This recipe was very easy, quick and very good. However, I didn't too much care for the bread crumbs; think I will use Ritz Crackers like some of the other comments next time, and a lighter cheese. I added sliced tomatoes on the bottom layer of my zuchinni mix. Very, Very good!!!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I had an older zucchini that had a tough skin, I wish I would have peeled it. Great flavor otherwise!

Good! The first time I made it I followed the directions. Too much bread crumbs! The 2nd time I only put 1 cup of bread crumbs on the top (no middle layer). Much better!
