PINEAPPLE MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 box Deluxe cake mix 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained 1/2 c. Crisco oil 4 eggs Mix ingredients together for 2 minutes. Bake in two 9 inch cake pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool before frosting. FROSTING: 1 (14 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip 1 lg. box Jello instant vanilla pudding Mix pineapple and Cool Whip well in large bowl. Very slowly add pudding powder and beat with beater until smooth. |
