PINEAPPLE MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box pineapple cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)

FROSTING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 box instant pineapple pudding
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges (with juice) and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into 3 glass cake pans (lined with wax paper). Microwave 7 minutes on "8". While cake is cooking, pour the dry instant pudding over the pineapple. Let stand until cake is cooled. Blend Cool Whip into pudding. Frost cake. Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
