CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SWISS
CHEESE AND MUSHROOMS
 
6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. seasoned stuffing mix

Place chicken breast halves in 13x9 baking dish. Put shredded cheese, then mushrooms over chicken. Combine soups, mixing well. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle top with stuffing mix. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven uncovered for 1 hour. Serves 4.
