BONELESS BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 boneless chicken breasts (remove skin)
1 1/2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
5-6 slices yellow American cheese
1 c. bread crumbs

Put broccoli in bottom of baking dish (9 x 13 inch). Lay chicken breasts on top of broccoli. Mix mushroom soup and mayonnaise together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours about 5 minutes before done lay cheese on top to melt.

Really easy to make, and tastes delicious too. Would be excellent served with rice, pour extra broccoli and soup over it. At and hour and half of baking time I felt the broccoli was a little over done. Next time I will bake it only one hour. Still came out great.

Used frozen breasts and added 1/4 tsp. curry to soup/mayo mixture. Cheddar cheese in place of American. Instant chicken divan! Totally delish.

I made this on a whim just because I had the ingredients around the house. Boy was I surprised! I added a little chicken broth with the brocolli just to add a little flavor and my other half and I cant get enough of it! This will become a new regular in the house.

Excellent! I didn't add the cheese and we still enjoyed it. I seasoned the chicken with Italian Seasoning before baking.
