BUTTERED NOODLES WITH PARMESAN
CHEESE
 
2 c. noodles
3 c. water (hot)
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Put hot water to boil and add noodles. And when they are all ready dump water out then add the melted butter. After that you mix it and then after that you put the Parmesan cheese and stir then serve.

I have a question. For years I have been making this just to use up the noodles and it was wonderful, the cheese didn't melt, it tasted amazing. But a few years ago, something changed and the cheese started to melt making it taste not so amazing. I haven't changed the way I make it but I'm thinking it is the brand of cheese I'm using. Can you tell me what kind you use?

Use Kraft cheese. The offbrand melts and gets gross also let the noodles cool a bit before adding cheese I found it helps. I eat this at least 3 times a week. Cheap filling and delicious

I add garlic salt after the butter...really adds a lot of flavor...and I just top it with Parmesan cheese...
