TOSSED DINNER SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 green pepper
1/2 to 1 carrots
2 to 3 stalks celery
1 tomato
6 to 8 mushrooms
1/2 cucumber
6 to 8 strips of bacon (crisp in microwave)
3 or 4 slices of your favorite cheese
6 to 10 radishes
6 to 10 green onions
2 or 3 boiled eggs
1 to 1.5 cups croutons

Break up lettuce in large salad bowl. Cut up all remaining ingredients. Most items will mix better if diced or sliced into small pieces. Bacon should be chopped into small pieces. The tomatoes can be sliced or cut into smaller pieces. Mix together all except croutons and green onions.

After all other ingredients are mixed place the green onions around the side of the bowl. Tomatoes if sliced and croutons are placed on top just before serving. Top with any of your favorite dressings (served separately) will serve 12 to 16 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
