PANCAKES FROM SCRATCH 
4 tbsp. of melted butter
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs

First you mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Then you put in the milk and eggs. Blend together. Finely add the melted butter and blend. Then you spoon the batter onto a hot grill. Once they bubble, flip them over until golden brown.

I absolutely love this recipe! I made them for my family, and they were a huge hit... They even asked for more the next day! They are awesome with berries, bananas, and raspberries with chocolate chips. I used a teaspoon of baking soda since I didn't have baking powder, and I worked out great.
