MANDARIN ORANGE AND PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Topping: 9 oz. container frozen whipped topping 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice Mix topping, pudding mix and pineapple, thoroughly spread over cake. Let stand two hours at room temperature. Makes 16-18 servings. |
