MANDARIN ORANGE & PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines golden cake mix (or any white cake mix works fine) 4 eggs 1 c. oil 1 sm. can mandarin oranges (with juice) Beat all ingredients together until well blended. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Wait until cake cools! FROSTING: 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, include juice 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding Mix, spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate. |
