So very easy and so VERY DELICIOUS! I had loaned cake pan so used a 12" round pie plate and a 5 x 7 bread pan and they are perfect. Oh yes, sprinkled a little brown sugar and chopped walnut atop for a little more pizzazz! IT'S A KEEPER. THANKS SO MUCH!

Very simple and ingredients normally on hand. After 25 min. it still needed more time to solidify. May need a bit of tweaking but is workable.

Be sure to always preheat the oven for 15 minutes before beginning to bake - this is especially important when using smaller ovens or if the recipe calls for a baking time that is less than 30 minutes.

Also, you might want to check your oven for proper temperature using an oven thermometer. As always, every oven is different and takes more or less time to bake than a recipe calls for.
