7 LAYER COOKIE BAR 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. graham crackers
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix butter and crackers and press in 9 x 13 pan. Put the 2 packages of chips in and sprinkle the coconut on. Put the nuts on top and pour the Eagle Brand over the whole mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

According to the Eagle Brand site, line the pan with foil with it hanging over the sides and spray it with pam. I used a 9x12 pan..Poured the melted butter in the pan and sprinkled the crumbs on top. I also used the nonfat Condensed milk..Cant tell any taste difference. Try using the Kraft caramel chips instead of butterscotch also!

I really like Sue's idea on how to switch up the recipe and that is how I plan to make my moms old version of this recipe!!!
