STEAMED CABBAGE WITH BACON FLAVOR | |
1 head of cabbage 1 stick butter several slices of bacon or bacon bits Cut cabbage into small bite-sized pieces. In a 4 quart pot on medium heat, melt butter; add in the bacon or bits and sauté for a minute. Add the cabbage and cover. Stir frequently and allow to come to a good steam. Enjoy!
