BAKED CHICKEN & VEGETABLES 
1 cut-up chicken
3 tsp. butter
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Celery, onion
Water
Green pepper
Salt & pepper
Yellow squash
Paprika
Carrots
1 to 2 tsp. oregano
Potatoes
Parsley

Salt, pepper, paprika chicken. Place skin side down in 9 x 15 inch baking dish. Put pats of butter on chicken. Cut up celery, thinly slice carrot, slice squash 1 inch thick. Cut up potatoes like thick French fries. Slice green pepper and onions. Place everything in baking dish.

Pour tomato sauce over everything. Sprinkle on oregano and a little parsley. Add water to just cover meat and vegetables. (May need to add more water.) Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn chicken skin side up after 45 minutes.
