4 lb. beef boneless bottom round roast 1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup Place enough foil in baking pan to cover roast firmly; place meat on foil. Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup Mix over meat and spread cream of mushroom soup over roast. Fold foil over meat and seal securely. Cook at 300 degrees for 4 hours. | |

This is great and so easy. You can just put it in the oven and leave it. You can serve it with baked potatoes - they take about a 80 minutes at 300°F - maybe longer. You wash them pierce them with a fork about 5 times and wrap them in fool. Serve with corn! Lisa
