POT ROAST IN FOIL 
4 lb. beef roast
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
30"x18" piece of heavy duty aluminum foil
13"x9"x2" baking dish

Place heavy duty aluminum foil in baking dish. Place meat on foil. Stir together dry onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Spread mixture over top of meat. Fold foil over meat and seal securely. Cook in 300 degree oven for 4 hours.

My mom did this the same way but she used Golden Mushroom soup instead. Much richer taste!
