STIR-FRY CHICKEN WITH GARLIC
SAUCE
 
2 lg. garlic cloves
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. boneless chicken (2 1/2 x 1/2 inch strips)
1/4 c. chopped scallions

Marinade: Garlic, soy sauce, water, honey, cornstarch, pepper and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Stir chicken into marinade. Cover and marinate for 2 hours or more.. Add reserved marinade to chicken. Cook and stir in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for 30 seconds (wok). Garnish with scallions and serve with rice or snow peas.
