TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 6 tbsp. butter 1 c. nuts CAKE: 2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. milk 1 egg 4 c. rhubarb 1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello Grease, flour 9x13 pan. Mix topping. Mix cake, pour in pan. Spoon rhubarb over batter. Sprinkle with Jello. Add topping. Bake 375, 50-55 minutes. |
