OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 pounds) 2/3 cup Bisquick 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Heat oven to 425°F. Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place chicken in pan. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Turn; bake about 20 minuets longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serves 6. Submitted by: Tina Loafman |
