FRESH TOMATO SALSA 
2 med. tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped

In small non-metal bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Store covered in refrigerator up to 5 days. 3 1/2 cups.

Serving size: 1 tablespoon; 2 calories, 0 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 1 g fat, 0 mg. cholesterol, 0 mg. sodium, 25 mg. potassium, 0g dietary fiber.
