RHUBARB CREAM CAKE | |
1 white or yellow cake mix 1 c. sugar 3 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb 2 c. whipping cream Prepare cake mix as package directs. Pour into greased and bottom-floured 9x13 inch pan. Arrange rhubarb evenly on top of batter. Sprinkle on sugar. Pour 2 cups whipping cream evenly over entire mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done. Serve warm with whipped cream. |
