SIMPLE STIR FRY 
2 chicken breasts, grilled and chopped (or for beef - 2 sirloin steaks)
5 baby carrots, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1 small orange, peeled and segmented
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Preheat skillet for about 3 minutes. Butter skillet before hand.

In a small bowl mix salt, pepper, onion powder. In another bowl mix carrots, jalapenos and tomato.

In a large Ziploc style bag mix chicken (or beef), orange, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix then add the vegetables. Pour into the hot skillet and cook for 20 minutes. Stir once every 5 minutes.
