BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. sirloin tips
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can beef broth
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. flour
Buttered noodles

Roll beef cubes in 1/4 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper, and place in crock pot. Add onions and mushrooms. Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Pour over beef and vegetables. Stir well. Cover. Cook on high setting 6 hours (crock pot). Make smooth paste with 2 tablespoons flour and water and add to crock pot, stirring well. Cover and cook until thickened. Serve over hot buttered noodles.

This was a great recipe! so easy I could not believe how good it was. I used fresh potables mushrooms and only cooked it for 5 hour. My crock pot is supper hot though. I think next time I will try corn starch instead of flour. I think that will make the gravy less creamy! more translucent
