CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up (or use as many legs/thighs as you desire)
Butter
Salt
1 can mushroom soup
Mushrooms
1 c. raw rice
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine

Rub chicken with butter and salt. Place rice in bottom of casserole or crock pot. Mix soup and broth, pour over rice. Put chicken on top. Add sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle wine on top, cover. Bake casserole at 400 degrees for 1 hour (or crock pot - medium - several hours).
