CROCK POT CORNED BEEF | |
3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket Water 1/2 cup chopped onions 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 bay leaves 1 head cabbage Place corned beef in slow cooking pot. Barely cover with water. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. For Cabbage: Place cabbage wedges around beef for last 30 minutes or cooking time or until done. Serves 6 to 8. |
