“CROCK POT CORNED BEEF” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CROCKPOT BEEF STEW

CROCK POT CORNED BEEF 
3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket
Water
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves
1 head cabbage

Place corned beef in slow cooking pot. Barely cover with water. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.

For Cabbage: Place cabbage wedges around beef for last 30 minutes or cooking time or until done.

Serves 6 to 8.

I printed this recipe back in the mid 2000's and it comes out delicious every time. The only change I made was not to add the cabbage, instead; I bake them separately in the oven or sometimes saute them on the stovetop along with other vegetables.
