CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 hen or whole fryer (whichever is cheapest)
1 onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. container of sour cream
1 box chicken Stove Top Stuffing

Wash chicken thoroughly, cook in crock pot until (crock pot use only - high 6-8 hours) chicken falls off bone. Place chicken in casserole dish.

Mix well together onion (diced), both soups and sour cream. Spread on top of chicken.

Fix Stove Top Stuffing according to directions on box except instead of using water, use broth off of chicken. Spread on top of casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
