BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 boneless and skinless chicken halves
6 slices ham
6 slices Muenster cheese
6 slices bacon

Pound chicken until 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each with 1 slice ham and 1 cheese. Fold the chicken over the ham and cheese; wrap each with bacon. Place side by side in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bacon is brown.

I use grated cheddar, and cook it in a skillet with a little oil, on medium, turning it over, 8 to 10 minutes a side. Outside is slightly crispy, and tender inside.

Used Italian Cheese Blend & a tiny bit of American cheese. Seasoned it with Onion Powder, Paprika, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Salt, and an Italian Herb Marinade. Still waiting for it to come out of the oven but, Serving with chicken flavored rice.

I didn't have muenster so I used pepper jack and feta on separate pieces. Very flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised. Very good!
