WET CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk plus 1 tbsp.
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten

In a large bowl combine sugar and flour.

In a saucepan, bring to a boil 1 stick of butter, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 c. oil and 1 c. water. Pour mixture over mixture in bowl and mix well. Do not use a mixer, add buttermilk, vanilla extract and eggs; mix well. Pour into 15x9 pan which has been greased and floured.

Bake in 300°F oven for 35 minutes.

Icing:

1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

In a saucepan, mix 1/2 stick butter, 1 tbsp. milk, 2 tbsp. cocoa; heat. Remove from heat add 1 tsp. vanilla extract and confectioners' sugar to desired consistency. Pour over cake while hot.

I didn't make the cake but I did make the icing and it was was out of this world. I doubled everything except the vanilla and it was enough to use for a standard 13X9 cake pan :)
