BROWN SUGAR BBQ RUB
2 cups brown sugar (light or dark)
1 cup kosher salt
1 cup mild paprika
1/2 cup garlic powder
1/2 cup black pepper
1/2 cup chilli powder
1/4 cup allspice
1/4 cup cumin
2 tbsp. nutmeg (or cinnamon)
2 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. mustard powder
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

Mix thoroughly. Works great on all meats, especially beef and pork. Rub generous amounts all over exposed, and in the case of whole poultry, inside the cavity, meat. For maximum flavor, allow the rubbed meat to "marinate" at least twenty-four hours, wrapped in plastic, in the refrigerator.

This is really good stuff! I love it on pork, really perks up boring chops, roast and tenderloin. Love to use it when grilling, especially if you add wood chips to a charcoal grill. Tastes resturant quality, sealing in juices almost carmelizing. Also works well for gas grilling-you don't even miss that charcoal-taste.

All i can say is your need to brand this recipe. This is the only seasoning that I use to barbecue. It give my ribs such great flavor that I dont dare insult the seasoning by adding barbecue sauce. Thank you so much for sharing it. I even make a few batches around the holidays, bag it really cute, and give it away as gifts. Great recipe!
